This meditation was designed to help you feel supported, safe and secure in your physical being. Your body is the home of your consciousness, your soul whilst here on the Earth.
Sometimes and for various different reasons, there can be a lack of trust or a feeling of not being safe in your body. There may be a disconnect or detachment from your physical form. This may be be through illness, dis-ease or from past abuses from self or others.
Feeling safe in your body may be the first step towards healing. It can support you in feeling grounded and secure enough to then seek further guidance for spirtual healing and body work.
