Laughter Meditation

This is a simple meditation that can shift your energy straight away. It's a great way to start the day, so that you can carry it with you, reminding yourself of it throughout the day if needed.
Laughing can give us a workout on different levels and at the same time, help to remind us not to take it all too seriously at times when we need it. If your mind is spinning out on a mind loop or you are feeling anxious and need to come back in to your body, this meditation can help. It's a great stress reliever. |
The first time you do it, it may feel awkward, that's okay, just notice those feelings and thoughts and do it anyway. Laughter is infectious, let the sound of others laughing carry you and let go for a few minutes.
