Cord Removal Ceremony
This guided journey can be done when you feel there are cords between you and another person.
You are guided to release everything between you that no longer serves you, releasing any burden you may feel or energy that is holding you back from moving forward in your life.
You do not need the other person’s permission to do this work, you are clearing your own energy system. In a way it is nothing to do with you what is going on for the other in the journey, their higher Self will take care of them. It is your job to focus on removing any cords attached to you. This is your healing!
This process is done with one person at a time, and can be repeated as often as necessary as a journey. You may repeat it with the same person and also for anyone you feel you need to de-cord from.
This is a powerful ceremony! An act of self-love, it is a gift you are giving to yourself.
Once you have completed the journey, it is a great idea to play a music track that you can move to, dance by moving authentically. Feel the release in your body and the freedom that has been created.
