As the year slowly comes to an end and the days are getting shorter (in the North), many are busy with festive plans while others are becoming increasingly stressed. How do you flow at this time of year? For me, this time of year has always been challenging, UNLESS I SLOW DOWN. My whole being naturally wants to close the doors and hibernate. Bear is one of my Spirit Helpers and over the years she has graced me with the wisdom of going inward. Encouraging me to follow my natural rhythm, my need to slow down and take more time to reflect and be simple. I definitely sleep more during these longer nights. Tuesday is the new moon in Sagittarius, then Mercury goes retrograde the day after until the 1st of January. Mercury Retrograde is a good time to review, reflect, re-align, re-assess, re-balance and redirect if needed. And of course, communicate with care! So perfectly in alignment with the energies of the cycle! I invite you to see how you can slow down, self-care, nourish and connect more during this month. Especially when there are so many distractions trying to pull you out of alignment. Give yourself the gift of time.
Get outside when you can and be nourished by the winter season. Meditate more, journal and dream the world in to being. Allow space for your intuition to guide you and inspiration to find you. The shortest day will be 22nd December here in the North and I will create ceremony to celebrate the light returning as a new Sun cycle begins.
